BREEAM AND EPC ENERGY UPGRADE

The contract awarded to LSC comprised of the complete installation and commissioning of the comfort airconditioning, ventilation, electrical, BMS/controls and plumbing services. Phoenix House comprises of office accommodation of approximately 20,000 sq ft over two floors and has been finished to a Grade A specification. Full services co-ordination and installation was undertaken with the provision of sustainable systems that provided both high BREEAM and EPC ratings. The comfort airconditioning systems comprised of heat pump heat recovery VRV systems together with heat recovery ventilation throughout.
