LSC were commissioned to provide full design and installation services for the new eight storey business centre at Bournemouth University. The Cat B fit out comprised of the modification to the base build heat pump VRF and heat recovery ventilation facilities to suit the new layouts together with the provision of new systems and acoustic services to three new Lecture Theatres. Full services for the entire building were also provided in the new kitchens, catering outlets and domestic facilities including ventilation, odour and environmental control and all relevant plumbing. New heat pump door curtains and energy saving controls were incorporated into the scheme to provide the end user with total building BMS control.
